1. What items am I not allowed to store?
a. Live animals, perishables, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids and fuels, toxic materials. If you’re not sure, ask!
2. What is the minimum rent period?
a. 30 days
3. Is there a security deposit or administration fee?
a. No. There are no hidden fees, just your monthly rent.
4. What are your modes of payment (weekly/monthly/prepaid)?
a. Prepaid, monthly. Arrangements can be made to prepay multiple months, contact management!
5. Can I rent via fax, internet or phone?
a. Rentals are arranged through the website.
6. Are there lights or outlets in the unit?
a. There are motion sensor lights in each unit, no outlets. The hallways are also outfitted with motion sensor lighting.
7. Can I reserve a unit?
a. Units are offered on 1st come, 1st served basis.
8. When is my rent due?
a. Upon initial rental and on the 1st day of each subsequent month thereafter.
9. Do I need to provide my own lock?
a. Yes. As a result, only you will have access to your rental unit. Sturdy, clamshell locks are strongly encouraged.
10. What do I need before moving in?
a. A lock, packing materials and dust covers (as you deem necessary).
11. Do I need to give notice of moving out?
a. Yes, 30 days’ notice is required. Contact management through the Contact Us portal on the website to schedule a move-out.
12. Can you help me move into my unit?
a. There are no staff on site to assist with move-ins. Dollies are available at each entrance to assist moving in.
13. What times can I access my unit?
a. Access is available 24-7.
14. Are my items covered by insurance?
a. Tenant’s items are not covered by the business owner’s insurance. All tenants must obtain their own insurance.
15. Are carts and dollies available?
a. Yes.
16. What security features are utilized?
a. On site ADT-monitored power, fire and low temperature. Key pad entry access controlled.
17. Do you have outdoor storage units?
a. Not at this time.
18. Are your units suitable for online sellers?
a. Our 24-7 access, temperature controlled units are ideal for online sellers.
19. Can I use my unit as a workshop?
a. Sure! Just remember to be respectful of other tenants!
20. Does your facility have a dock door or grade door?
a. Dock door – upper level. Grade door – lower level.
